This is the Fashionistas webring! After reading a bit about the lack of fashion stuff on this side of the internet and agreeing that it is a fun subject I got to thinking: I have seen a fair share of people talking about fashion on the indie web! However, after a brief search I didn't find any webrings about it and figured that may be a good way to connect people who share this interest :)
Rules for joining
There are no requirements as far as what style you like, what way you enjoy fashion or your identity! However, that doesn't mean there are any rules or guidlines!
- You need to have some sort of website that isn't just "standard social media" or the like
- This webring is not intended for AI-generated content. I want to see what you can make with what you have or what you wish you had!
- Absolutely no bigotry of any kind. Obviously, but worth mentioning.
- There is no requirements of publishing photos of yourself. If you prefer to write about fashion, show off your projects, or anything else, really, you don't have to feel any pressure to put photographs of yourself online.
- Add the widget to your website at the same time as you write in the form! This is so the webring doesn't break.
- Obviously, you need to talk about fashion! It doesn't need to be the only focus of your page, but we're all here because we want to hear what you say or see what you show!
How to join
To join you fill in this form! Once you have, I will get an e-mail and add you to the list manually. That means that if it takes some time there is no need to worry! I'll be getting around to it! Make sure that the web adress you put in is the page you want linked here, both to make the process of finding the correct page easier for me and so that the ring stays closed. Put one of the links of the ring on your site as well, and you're set!
Feel free to edit the look of it however you feel fits :)
